Your completed application may be dropped off at the garage office or faxed to 617-437-0448. Once the application and payment are received (via check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover), you will receive an email notifying you that your garage access card can be picked up at the garage lobby parking office. Thirty (30) days notice is required for cancellation of all Monthly Parker Programs. You may call the office at 857-302-1099.
Yes. Customers must come in person to the Garage office and present proper identification in order to receive account activity information. If you would like a payment confirmation emailed to you automatically each month you may request this at the time you sign up for monthly parking.
If you have forgotten to bring your access card with you, please enter the garage and pull a ticket, then proceed to the parking management office before leaving the facility. The garage manager will assist you.
Please report a lost parking access card to the garage manager as soon as possible. Access will be terminated for that account and a new tag can be issued.
