Introducing Parking.com Touchless Parking For Gated Facilities

With Parking.com Touchless Parking the days of pulling a ticket when entering a garage and paying for parking at a pay station or cashier are over. Now the end-to-end parking experience can be completed right on your phone.

Touchless Access with Parking.com

To take advantage of the new touchless entry and payment capabilities parkers simply download the Parking.com app and create an account with vehicle and payment information.

Step 1 – Download the Parking.com app by visiting the Google Play or Apple App store.  

Step 2 – Once the Parking.com app is downloaded – open the app, select My Account from the upper left menu and click Sign-Up.

Entering and Exiting the Facility

To use the touchless on demand access as a registered user at the facility you need to follow a few simple steps.

Step 1 – Make sure Bluetooth is active and have the Parking.com app open and visible on your phone.

Step 2 – As you enter, you’ll see a new pod appear at the bottom of the home screen. Tap Begin Parking and follow the prompts to open the gate. 

Step 3 – Upon exiting make sure Bluetooth is active and have the Parking.com app open and visible on your phone. Tap End Parking and follow the prompts to leave. We’ll email you a receipt. 

Don’t Have a Parking.com Account?

If you don’t have the Parking.com app installed, you can still use your phone to enter and exit the gated facility. This is a great option for quests and visitors too.

Entering and Exiting the Facility

Step 1 – Look for the Touchless Parking sign in the lane and follow the directions to either text and call the number listed on the sign.

Step 2 – After entering, we’ll text you a link where you can enter your credit card information. 

Step 3 – When you exit, look for the Touchless Parking sign again and follow the directions. We’ll email your receipt to you.
