SP+ RESPONSE DURING COVID-19

We hope you have been safe and well during this challenging time.

We want to assure you that SP+ is committed to keeping its customers, clients, and employees safe. We want everyone to know the steps we are taking to combat COVID-19’s impact on our activities.

SP+ has adopted the following guidelines to enhance procedures for keeping our facilities and the things people touch clean:

  • Routinely cleaning surfaces with EPA registered antimicrobial products.
  • Supplying employees with facemasks, disinfecting wipes, hand sanitizer, and gloves.
  • Providing employees clear instructions on social distancing practices and procedures.
  • Practicing social distancing of 6 feet or more whenever possible.
  • Instituting contactless payment options to minimize physical contact.
  • Utilizing ticketless valet, where customers can text for their vehicle using their Smartphone.

With this in mind, SP+ wants you to have a safe and secure option for your vehicle when you need a place to park.

Your visit starts when you drive in, and your parking session will begin. (The Metropolis Technology recognizes your license plate and retrieves your prepaid reservation.) Do not scan posted QR codes. You’re all set.

Drive Out
When you exit the parking facility, your prepaid reservation is recognized. Just drive out. (If you stayed beyond your allotted reservation, your credit card will be charged the difference using the drive-up rates.)

Scan QR code posted in the parking facility and enter the required information. (License plate number required)

When you exit the parking facility, your parking session is automatically charged to your credit card on file. Just drive out.
