How to Purchase Monthly Parking

To reserve your monthly parking space follow the monthly parking instructions below.

Select/click “View Location” above.
Hit “Book Monthly Parking.” Follow the prompt to book monthly parking.
Complete and send your application. Please enter “NYU EMPLOYEE” in the employer name field.
Once SP+ receives your application, a monthly account representative will review your application and notify you via email when your application is approved.
Once approved, follow the email instructions to complete your monthly parking purchase.
Once your purchase is completed, please show up at the parking garage with a print out of your confirmation page.
