SP is an independent contractor who is not affiliated with Hilton Grand Vacations, Inc., its affiliates and related companies (collectively, “HGV”) or the property owners association at any resort property managed or submanaged by HGV (the “Associations” and collectively with HGV, the “HGV Parties”).  The HGV Parties make no representation or warranty, express or implied, with regard to the services provided or information collected by SP. The HGV Parties cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to SP and you do so at your own risk. The HGV Parties disclaim liability for any loss arising from the use of the parking and valet services provided by SP.
