In order to receive the special Commuter Rate of $9.50 per day, you must complete the form below:
*After filling out this form, you will be contacted by Empire Outlets who will provide you with an access card, allowing you to enter and exit the parking facility with the special commuter rate. Limited commuter spaces available on a first come first serve basis.
