Discount restaurant parking is available at 107 Garage located at 118 South Wall Street

Validated Guest Parking Rates

Restaurant validations provide 30% off parking rates.

Up to 1 hour: $3.50
Up to 6 Hours: $10.50
Up to 12 Hours: $12.60

To receive a validation, please let the restaurant know and they will give you a validation upon exiting.

To get this special rate:

1: Start Your Parking Session
  • Scan the QR code on the posted signage to start your visit.
  • Enter your information. Non-Metropolis members enter license plate and payment details. Members simply confirm their vehicle details.
  • Select parking duration. You will not be charged until your session ends, allowing time to apply your discount.
2: Pick up your validation from the restaurant staff
  • Before leaving the restaurant, make sure you receive a validation QR code from the restaurant staff.
  • You will need the validation in order to apply the 30% discount to your transaction.
3: Scan the validation
  • Before leaving the garage, scan the provided validation QR code. This will apply a 30% discount to your parking transaction.
4: Complete your transaction
  • After your validation has been applied, just drive out of the parking facility. Your card will be automatically charged.

When you exit the parking facility, your prepaid reservation is recognized. Just drive out. (If you stayed beyond your allotted reservation, your credit card will be charged the difference using the drive-up rates.)
