For monthly parkers, the doors will be open Monday-Sunday, 7am to 11pm. To enter and exit after hours, you will need to contact security to let you in and out. Securiy can be contacted at 617-523-3399.
Transients will not be granted access to the garage while the garage is closed. If your vehicle is left in the garage, you can pick it up at 7am the following day. Standard rates will apply; it is your responsibility to leave before closing at 11pm.
When you sign up for monthly parking, you will provide your vehicle and license plate information. Your monthly account will then be tied to this license plate. Our enforcement officers will scan license plates and anyone who is not up to date on payments will receive a violation.
Currently, the One Devonshire garage is self park. If volume starts to pick up, we will move to more of a hybrid valet assist mode where the customer will park their car blocking a vehicle and will leave his or her key with the attendant.
There are currently 6 EV charging stations.
Currently, bike parking is only permitted for residents of One Devonshire. However, this may change in the future. Please call the office at 615-924-0308 to inquire.
Yes! You can go online with an access code provided to you by SP Plus. The access code will allow a guest to park for 24 hours for a flat rate of $25.
This is an on-demand gateless facility which means all parking is paid for online. You can either pre-purchase or pay when you arrive. Please pay within 15 minutes of parking. We accept all major credit cards including VISA, MC, Discover and AMEX. If you have trouble paying online, we can accept credit card payments through a handheld unit in the parking office. Please see the attendant for assistance.
No, each time you enter the garage, you must pay before exiting. People who do not pay within 15 minutes of parking will be issued a violation.
One Devonshire is in a fantastic location and is a short walk to Quincy Market/Fanueil Hall, The Boston Gardens, The Boston Commons, Washington Street, Newbury Street, Back Bay, China Town and the Financial District.
One Devonshire is located right on the Orange Line. The closest T station is the State Street Stop, as well as Downtown Crossing.
