Tenants of Park Charles, Charles Towers, and 39 West Lexington can sign-up for Monthly Parking or log into their existing Monthly Parking Account below.
*There is a one time activation fee for new monthly parkers of $20.
**For the tenant exclusive monthly rate of $170/month, please follow the steps below:
- Please sign up for the $204/month rate here.
- Email proof of residence to charlesplaza@spplus.com. Proof of residence must include your name and address.
- Once we receive that, we will process the request with the $170 rate.
Tenants can also pre-purchase Guest Parking by entering the date and time of stay at Parking.com for Charles Plaza Garage.
