Parking is open to the public with both visitor and monthly rates. Two entrances are conveniently located from the street entrances at 1811 Carling or 770 Broadview Avenue.

Carling Broadview Medical Centre is a fully serviced building with Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Orthopedics, Plastic Surgeons, Cardiologist and Diagnostic Laboratory on site.

Transient:

Yes there are 4 accessibility spaces available on a first come, first serve basis. Located to the left of our parking gates. Parking for these spaces can be paid through our On Demand or by scanning the QR code or text to pay posted on the signage at the location.

No, unfortunately not at this time.

Gated parking can be paid at the pay station just inside the lobby, with Cash, Visa or Mastercard.

Payment can be made at the exit gate with Visa and Mastercard. Cash is not accepted at the exit.

There is an available bike rack, please note SP+ is not responsible for theft or damages for the use of the bike rack.

The parking facility is open 24/7, business hours for the Medical Centre may vary.

There are no in and out privileges on daily parking.
