200 Liberty Street is open 24/7. 250 Vesey Street is open on weekdays from 5:30 am to 10:00 pm and on weekends from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.

You can book parking right on this page by entering in the date and time you would like to park, prior to entering the facilities.

1. When arriving at 250 Vesey Street or 200 Liberty Street, you must go through security before entering. Once this is complete, the gate will open and you may access the garage.
2. Present your reservation to the attendant upon arrival. You can then scan your permit to enter and exit the facility.
3. Please meet at the entrance at least 10 minutes before exit time, to not incur additional overage charges.

If your vehicle is considered oversize or if you parked outside of your reservation times, you will pay these fees upon exiting. All SUVs, Crossovers, Vans, and Pick-ups that are 181″ or more in length and 65″ or more in height and models that are 75″ or higher regardless of length are subject to an extra charge for parking.

No, each time you enter the garage you must pay or show your reservation before exiting. Once you exit, you have to pay again upon entering.

Yes, 250 Vesey Street and 200 Liberty Street both have charging stations.

Daily Parking: payments can be made via cash, or credit/debit card. We accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. We also now accept digital wallets.

Monthly Parking:  Monthly parkers can access their account and pay their monthly parking invoice here. We accept credit cards and ACH direct deposits. Monthly payments can also be made at the parking facility via a credit card.
