How to Pay

Follow the steps below to pay for parking. See images below.

Step 1

Click here to visit Parking.com.

Step 2

Select your entrance and exit dates and times.

Step 3

Select Book Parking.

Step 4

On the checkout screen, enter your personal and vehicle information.

Step 5

Enter your promo code and select apply. Your total will then update to reflect your validated rate.

Step 6

Select complete purchase.

Step 7

Enter the garage during the time and date you booked. The system will automatically read your license plate. No tickets or printed reservations are required.

Drive In
Your visit starts when you drive in, and your parking session will begin. (The Metropolis Technology recognizes your license plate and retrieves your prepaid reservation.) Do not scan posted QR codes. You’re all set.

Drive Out
When you exit the parking facility, your prepaid reservation is recognized. Just drive out. (If you stayed beyond your allotted reservation, your credit card will be charged the difference using the drive-up rates.)

Connect
Scan QR code posted in the parking facility and enter the required information. (License plate number required)

Drive Out
When you exit the parking facility, your parking session is automatically charged to your credit card on file. Just drive out.
