To purchase a subscription, simply follow the steps below:

    1. Go to Metropolis: Log in to the Metropolis web or iOS app using your phone number. New to Metropolis? Complete sign up by adding your license plate and payment method.
    2. Search: Go to the “Monthly subscriptions” page and search for Philadelphia, and then locate Broad and Vine on the map. Available monthly subscriptions and pricing details will be shown.
    3. Check out: Select the monthly subscription you would like to purchase and check out using the payment method on your account. We will charge you a pro-rated amount for your first month on the day of purchase.
    4. Please call Garage Manager, Mohammed Shahid Hassan, at 215-287-2774 or Assistant Manager, Amanee Nuriddin-le, at 856-298-2468 to confirm your garage access. The garage office is also open from Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM.

Metropolis uses your license plate to verify your subscription, so make sure that the license plate on your account is always up to date.

When you exit the parking facility, your prepaid reservation is recognized. Just drive out. (If you stayed beyond your allotted reservation, your credit card will be charged the difference using the drive-up rates.)
