How it Works

Connect once and you’ll enjoy seamless, automated parking in Nashville.

1. Drive in
Your visit starts when you drive in, and your parking session will begin. You will receive a welcome text message which includes a link to purchase a pass.

2. Tap Link
The link will send you to the Metropolis site where you can view your active visit and see an option to purchase a pass.

3. Purchase Pass
Select an end time for your pass, see the cost and purchase the pass.

4. Just drive out and drive in.
Our Vision technology will recognize your vehicle every time you enter the garage and open the gate for the duration of your pass. You will receive a text message reminding you that your visit will be ending soon. If you leave after your pass has expired, you will be charged for the additional time.

How to sign up

As a Metropolis member, there is no need to search for cash, fumble for a credit card, or reach for a ticket machine ever again.

  2. Follow the prompts to sign up.
Option 2: When you arrive
  1. Scan QR code posted in the parking garage.
  2. Follow the prompts to sign up.

Drive In
Your visit starts when you drive in, and your parking session will begin. (The Metropolis Technology recognizes your license plate and retrieves your prepaid reservation.) Do not scan posted QR codes. You’re all set.

Drive Out
When you exit the parking facility, your prepaid reservation is recognized. Just drive out. (If you stayed beyond your allotted reservation, your credit card will be charged the difference using the drive-up rates.)
