Metropolis Technology recognizes your vehicle automatically, so you can be in, out and on your way.

To sign up for monthly parking

  1. Go to Metropolis: Log in to the Metropolis web or iOS app using your phone number. New to Metropolis? Complete sign up by adding your license plate and payment method.

  2. Search: Go to the Monthly subscriptions page or search the map for Claremont Garage. 
  3. Check out: Select the monthly subscription you would like to purchase and check out using the payment method on your account. We will charge you a pro-rated amount for your first month on the day of purchase.
Metropolis uses your license plate to verify your subscription, so make sure that the license plate on your account is always up to date.

Drive In
Your visit starts when you drive in, and your parking session will begin. (The Metropolis Technology recognizes your license plate and retrieves your prepaid reservation.) Do not scan posted QR codes. You’re all set.

Drive Out
When you exit the parking facility, your prepaid reservation is recognized. Just drive out. (If you stayed beyond your allotted reservation, your credit card will be charged the difference using the drive-up rates.)
