Starting on September 1, 2019, The Ritz Carlton Garage in White Plains, NY will be imposing a surcharge if you elect to use a credit card to pay your monthly parking invoice. Below are some questions you may have about our new surcharge:

How can I avoid the surcharge?

If you want to avoid the surcharge, you may choose to pay your invoice using ACH automatic withdrawal. Debit cards are not currently accepted.

When will this start?

This will go into effect on all invoices starting September 1, 2019.

How can I upgrade my payment method?

Please access your account at https://www.parking.com/monthly/account_access, or contact a monthly parking specialist at 800-836-6666 or askspny@spplus.com to discuss payment options or upgrade your payment method.

Your visit starts when you drive in, and your parking session will begin. (The Metropolis Technology recognizes your license plate and retrieves your prepaid reservation.) Do not scan posted QR codes. You’re all set.

When you exit the parking facility, your prepaid reservation is recognized. Just drive out. (If you stayed beyond your allotted reservation, your credit card will be charged the difference using the drive-up rates.)
