  • Guarantee the Preferred Card rate of $14 for up to 12 hours of parking (for standard vehicles).

  • No more pulling a ticket and paying at the exit needed! 

  • First access to specials and offers.

  • Funds can be reloaded by visiting the parking office on P2 of the OPS garage.

To get started, please fill out the information below accurately to ensure that your Preferred Customer Card is linked to the correct license plate number. After submitting this form, parking management will contact you, to deliver your new card.

Your visit starts when you drive in, and your parking session will begin. (The Metropolis Technology recognizes your license plate and retrieves your prepaid reservation.) Do not scan posted QR codes. You’re all set.

Drive Out
When you exit the parking facility, your prepaid reservation is recognized. Just drive out. (If you stayed beyond your allotted reservation, your credit card will be charged the difference using the drive-up rates.)

Scan QR code posted in the parking facility and enter the required information. (License plate number required)

When you exit the parking facility, your parking session is automatically charged to your credit card on file. Just drive out.
