Thank you for your interest in participating in the Brookfield Place Preferred Customer Debit Card Program. By registering now, you will become part of our Preferred Customer Program which provides a touchless parking experience and quicker entry and exit along with these exclusive benefits:

Program Benefits:

  • Guarantee the Preferred Card rate of $26 for up to 12 hours of parking (for standard vehicles) or $41 for up to 12 hours of parking (for oversize vehicles).

  • Valid during the time frame when entering from 5:30AM-10AM, exit before 7PM.

  • No more pulling a ticket and paying at the exit needed! 

  •  Load funds directly onto the card at any pay station at 200 Liberty, allowing you to use your card to come and go during the Preferred Card time frame. Digital wallets are also now accepted!

  • First access to specials and offers.

To get started, please fill out the information below accurately to ensure that your Preferred Customer Card is linked to the correct license plate number. After submitting this form, parking management will contact you, to deliver your new card.

Your visit starts when you drive in, and your parking session will begin. (The Metropolis Technology recognizes your license plate and retrieves your prepaid reservation.) Do not scan posted QR codes. You’re all set.

Drive Out
When you exit the parking facility, your prepaid reservation is recognized. Just drive out. (If you stayed beyond your allotted reservation, your credit card will be charged the difference using the drive-up rates.)
