For monthly parkers, the doors will be open Monday-Sunday, 7am to 11pm.  To enter and exit after hours, you will need to contact security to let you in and out. Security can be contacted at 617-523-3399. 

Transients will not be granted access to the garage while the garage is closed. If your vehicle is left in the garage, you can pick it up at 7am the following day. Standard rates will apply; it is your responsibility to leave before closing at 11pm.

Once you are registered, Metropolis uses your license plate to verify your subscription, so make sure that the license plate on your account is always up to date. Our enforcement officers scan license plates daily, and if your information is incorrect, you will receive a violation.

All transient customers need to valet their vehicle, and leave their keys with our valets. Only residents of One Devonshire are permitted to self-park, if space is available. If space is limited, or the garage is full, residents will need to have their vehicles valet parked, and leave their keys. 

There are currently 6 EV charging stations.

Currently, bike parking is only permitted for residents of One Devonshire.  However, this may change in the future.  Please call the office at 615-924-0308 to inquire.

Yes! You can go online with an access code provided to you by Metropolis. The access code will allow a guest to park for 24 hours for a flat rate of $25.

This is a gateless facility, which means all parking is paid online through either the Metropolis website or 3rd party aggregators. You can either pre-purchase online or pay when you arrive via QR code/scan to pay. Please pay within 15 minutes of parking to avoid receiving a violation. Please see the parking attendant if you need assistance paying.

No, each time you enter the garage, you must pay before exiting.  If you do not pay within 15 minutes of parking, you will be issued a violation.

One Devonshire is in a fantastic location and is a short walk to Quincy Market/Faneuil Hall, The Boston Gardens, The Boston Commons, Washington Street, Newbury Street, Back Bay, China Town and the Financial District.

One Devonshire is located right on the Orange Line. The closest T station is the State Street Stop, as well as Downtown Crossing.
