Located in Times Square, 155 West 47th Street is a contactless, automated parking garage where vehicles are securely transported on a parking platform using state-of-the-art technology.

Robo-Park operates conceptually the same as a traditional garage, except it utilizes advanced technology and mechanical conveyance systems for vehicular drop-off and retrieval.
Vehicles are safely and efficiently stored using a mechanical pallet system well-tested in the automated warehousing and logistics industry. Each vehicle is parked on a pallet, where a lift raises the pallet and places it on an empty space, minimizing the time needed to store/retrieve each vehicle.
It is a great experience for all that visit Robo-Park! The system is contactless and reduces many worries car owners may have about their vehicle while parking at a conventional garage. Once you enter the garage, you can watch as the system parks your car and then retrieves it when you need to leave.

Robo-Park has a back-up generator that automatically takes over, in the event of an electrical failure.
In the event of a computer system crashing, we have a back-up system that takes over until we can get the system back on-line.
Just like any technology, glitches can happen occasionally. However, Robo-Park always has a technician available on-call for any major issues that occur. In addition, the staff on site are trained to troubleshoot any minor issues if/when a car gets stuck.
Robo-Park can accommodate sedans, SUVs and certain minivans.
Max Vehicle Height: 6’6” and Max Length 206″
Vehicles can not exceed 5,511 pounds (Suburbans, Supersize and heavy oversize vehicles). Due to size constraints, this location is unable to accommodate minivans, large SUVs, pickup trucks, and passenger vans. Click here for restrictions.
Once parked, the pallets that your vehicle sits on are built to avoid fluids from vehicles above from transferring onto other parked vehicles.
